• For your order: name, email, phone, CPF, and full address (postal code (CEP), street, number, complement, neighborhood, city, and state).
• For contact: name, email, and the message you send.
• For payment: we only receive the transaction status and identifier. Card details never pass through our site.

Exclusively to process and deliver your order: issue the shipping label, calculate shipping, notify you by email about payment, posting, and delivery, handle after-sales support, and fulfill tax obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use your shopping list for third-party advertising.

Only with the necessary partners to fulfill the order, and only with the data each one needs:

• Mercado Pago — payment processing.
• Melhor Envio and carriers — shipping quote, label issuance, and delivery.
• Resend — sending automatic order emails.
• Our website and database infrastructure — hosting and storage of orders.

We keep order data for the period necessary for service, warranty, and applicable legal and tax obligations. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
