Flavor wheel

Notes that tell the origin

The flavor wheel is a tool used to identify and describe the aromas and flavors present in specialty coffee. It helps you notice nuances that go far beyond the traditional — chocolate, fruits, Caramelo, honey, nuts, and flowers. Each coffee is unique, and this diversity is a result of the variety, origin, process, and roast of each lot.
